I weighed 167 after g...Congrats on being proactive! I weighed 167 after giving birth to my one and only child FIVE years ago. I gained exactly 25 pounds and I was convinced I would drop the extra weight quickly, but over the years it has continued to climb and climb and climb. And now I suffer the consequences of not taking care of it.<br /><br />I am pre-diabetic. I am carrying around an extra 50 pounds after losing 20 in 2012. It is frustrating and slow. I wish that I had starting working out and eating right when I was still 167.<br /><br />Anyway, my point is "You go, girl!"
